02. Size Exchange Protocol
We want you to wear your garment with complete pride. If the sizing is anything less than ideal, simply log into your account and select “Request Exchange”, or email us at support@weatherbyandvane.com. We schedule a reverse courier pickup directly at your doorstep without any reverse logistics fee.
03. Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our atelier and passes physical condition verification (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and archival packaging intact), your refund is approved and credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
